Refund Policy

STANDARD REFUND TERMS

Services purchased from PrettyWP may be refunded only if canceled within 14 days of the transaction date.

“Date of the transaction,” for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date PrettyWP processes any renewal in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (Terms of Use). You may cancel a product at any time. But a refund will only be issued if cancellation/refund is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product (which is 14 days), if available at all. Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products:

 

PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR REFUND UNDER STANDARD TERMS

  • PrettyWP Care Plans – Refunds can be issued if the service isn’t activated within 14 days
  • Custom Plans – Refunds can be issued if the service isn’t activated within 14 days

 

PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUNDS

  • PrettyWP Care Plans – Refunds will not be processed if the service is activated
  • Add-ons – Refunds will not be processed for additional add-ons like Email SMTP
  • Refunds will not be processed to any of our products/services after 14 days, even if the service isn’t activated yet.
